BERTA YATCHA SAADIA

My Story

 

Berta grew up in a home where the Middle Eastern dishes made mouths water. As a teenager she loved the food, yet wanted to incorporate it into her life in a smarter way. She set out to do just that.

 

She graduated from Brooklyn college with a B.S. in nutrition and went on to complete her dietetic internship through Aramark. While interning she gained a wealth of knowledge. She completed rotations in Richmond University Medical Center and Gods Love We Deliver. 

 

Berta takes great pride in nourishing herself and her family while incorporating the flavors she always cherished. She will coach you on prioritizing your health while staying true to yourself.
